Our client is an international company that is a global leader in the climatization industry, providing sustainable and innovative solutions.

Your new role
  • Lead Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract and retain high-quality candidates for various positions across the DACH region;
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates;
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process;
  • Interview Process: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience;
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice in the DACH region by developing and executing employer branding initiatives;
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, labour market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies and ensure a competitive edge.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track performance; identify areas for improvement, and report on key hiring metrics to senior leadership.


What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on recruiting for the DACH region.
  • C2 proficiency in both German and English is a mandatory requirement.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • A strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
