Opportunity to contribute to the implementation of the SF Talent Management modules

Description

  • Lead / assist in the implementation of SuccessFactors Talent Management modules specially Performance & Goals, Succession & Development and Onboarding with a bonus if you have experience in Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Opportunity Marketplace;
  • Able to map As-Is & To-Be Processes;
  • Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors Best Practices;
  • Customize the system to align with organizational processes and policies;
  • Manage user permissions and roles within the Talent Management modules;
  • Collaborate with global business leaders and HR teams to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements;
  • Conduct workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements;
  • Able to provide training to HR teams on system functionalities;
  • Create training materials and user guides;
  • Offer ongoing support and troubleshoot issues raised by users;
  • Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors features and best practices;
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements;
  • Participate in system upgrades and testing;
  • Plan and manage projects related to the deployment or enhancement of SuccessFactors Talent modules;
  • Manage SAP SuccessFactors releases (Check in Release notes, Prepare test scripts, Communicate changes to HR leads, etc.) for Talent Management modules.

Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in fields such as Human Resources, Management and Information Technology;
  • 4-6 Years of experience in the same function;
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the end-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Talent Modules;
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities;
  • Professional English.
