You new role
As a Senior Solutions Analyst for O2C, you will be a key contributor to the design, implementation, and maintenance of technology solutions that support HAVI’s business capabilities. Working closely with the Solution Owner and other analysts, you’ll translate complex business requirements into functional specifications, ensure solution consistency, and oversee quality assurance processes.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining solution documentation, supporting SaaS system administration (including upgrades and process changes), and ensuring integration with interfaced systems through effective interface design and mapping. The role also involves reviewing third-party deliverables, promoting reusable design, and minimizing custom developments.
Acting as a gatekeeper for solution changes, you’ll evaluate business-IT alignment, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate daily with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
You will be responsible for:
Business Analysis & Solution Design
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into end-to-end solution specifications.
- Design scalable, innovative solutions aligned with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Estimate effort and cost for proposed changes and inform stakeholders accordingly.
System Integration & Lifecycle Management
- Ensure seamless integration across applications and data sources, including interface design and mappings.
- Support SaaS system administration (upgrades, process changes) and maintain evergreen product stacks.
- Drive full product lifecycle management, from concept to run & maintain, in collaboration with internal and external teams.
Project Execution & Quality Assurance
- Lead and support cross-functional project teams to deliver solutions on time and within scope.
- Oversee testing activities, including system and user acceptance testing, ensuring solution reliability.
- Review and validate third-party deliverables and ensure reusability of design across processes.
Documentation & Stakeholder Engagement
- Create and maintain functional specs, architecture diagrams, and process documentation.
- Communicate effectively with business users, IT teams, and external partners throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of new systems and functionalities.
Continuous Improvement & Governance
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation based on industry trends and internal feedback.
- Act as gatekeeper for solution changes, ensuring alignment with governance principles and system stability.
- Preserve domain knowledge within the solutions team and eliminate unnecessary customizations.
What you will need to succeed
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Information Technology.
- Proven experience in a similar role (Solutions Analyst, Business Analyst, or related IT position).
- Strong ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in at least two IT solution development areas (e.g., architecture, application design/development).
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, systems integration, and project management principles.
- Experience in business process knowledge within sectors such as Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
- Proficiency in Progress OpenEdge and ABL programming language (procedural and OO) is a strong plus.
- Ability to work effectively in outsourced and virtual team environments, ideally with exposure to Europe and Asia.
- Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking skills, with capacity to manage multiple projects independently.
- Excellent analytical, technical, and communication skills, with ability to interact across all stakeholder levels.
- Capable of translating business requirements into functional specifications and guiding development teams.
