The Senior SAP O2C Consultant will be responsible for managing and optimising Order-to-Cash processes within this FMCG industry leader. This role is based in Porto region, has a remote setting and offers a permanent contract.
Description
- Manage and enhance SAP O2C processes to align with business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions.
- Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving SAP O2C module issues.
- Configure and customise SAP O2C modules based on client specifications.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure optimal performance.
- Train end-users and provide ongoing support for SAP O2C functionalities.
- Document processes and maintain system-related documentation.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance to recommend improvements
Profile
A successful Senior SAP O2C Consultant should have:
- Proven experience working with SAP O2C modules in the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Experience in system configuration and customisation within SAP O2C.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset to identify and implement process improvements.
- Fluency in English; Portuguese is a plus.
