Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Global Trade Services to support and enhance global trade operations in a luxury retail environment. The role focuses on ensuring compliance, traceability, and efficient cross-border movement of high-value goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering aligned with luxury supply chain and retail distribution
- Configure SAP GTS (compliance, customs, product classification, licensing)
- Ensure accurate handling of high-value goods (e.g., jewelry, watches) in international trade flows
- Manage integration with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA
- Ensure compliance with EU and international trade regulations (export controls, VAT, customs)
- Support audits and ensure full traceability of materials and finished goods
- Drive testing, deployment, and continuous improvements
Requirements
- 5+ years of SAP experience, with strong focus on SAP GTS
- Proven experience in global trade and customs processes
- Background in retail, luxury, or high-value goods industries (preferred)
- Experience integrating SAP GTS with SAP ERP (SD/MM)
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English
