We are looking for a Senior Consultant or Specialist in Human Resources Administration with at least 3 years of experience working with the SAP HR module, including OM, PA, PY-PT, PD, and SAP Portal (ESS/MSS).

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in salary processing, time evaluation, and financial integration activities.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate data and integration.
• Support business process improvement through SAP HR solutions.
• Provide expertise in SAP HR modules and user support as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HR
• Strong functional knowledge of OM, PA, PY-PT, PD, ESS/MSS
• Expertise in payroll processing, time evaluation, and financial integration
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
