Emotion Mobility is backed by PSG, a global growth equity firm, supporting international expansion and product development.
The Role
You own the full sales cycle across international markets, from building a pipeline to closing deals. This is a hands-on role where you are expected to create your own momentum, structure your pipeline, and drive deals forward without relying on heavy inbound or large support teams.
You will work on complex mid-market deals with multiple stakeholders, often involving both business and technical decision-makers. Success in this role comes from your ability to run a clear process, maintain control of the deal, and translate product value into operational and financial impact.
What You Will Do
- Build a pipeline through structured outbound and events
- Manage deals end-to-end with clear stakeholder mapping
- Run a consultative process with a defined deal strategy
- Collaborate with product and engineering on market input
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in outbound SaaS or software sales
- Track record with 50K to 100K deal sizes
- Strong multi-stakeholder sales capability
- High ownership and autonomy
Requirements
- English and Portuguese required
- Spanish or French is a plus
Compensation
- Base salary up to €57K
- Bonus up to 28% quarterly
- OTE up to €75K
