To achieve this, we are looking for Real Estate Consultants with experience:

What does a Real Estate Consultant at Engel & Völkers Cascais Group do?

• Prospecting and analysing the luxury real estate market;
• Property sourcing, mediation, and sale/rental of high-end properties;
• Expanding the client and partner network (sellers and buyers);
• Managing the entire sales process, from listing to closing;
• Conducting Comparative Market Analysis;
• Organising and carrying out property viewings;
• Advising sellers and buyers throughout the whole process;
• Building strong relationships with empathy, support, and professionalism.

REQUSITIOS MÍNIMOS:

Candidate Profile:

• Precision, ethics, and professionalism;
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle;
• Residence in Cascais or within a 35-minute commute;
• At least 1 year of experience in the national real estate market (preferably in the luxury segment);
• Strong motivation to work with one of the top real estate brands.
