We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst (french speaking)

MAIN TASKS:

• Lead and support a team of QA analysts, providing guidance on testing methodologies and best practices.
• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, stakeholders) to ensure alignment with requirements and quality standards.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring timely resolution and thorough retesting.
• Perform regression and performance testing to ensure application stability and reliability.
• Implement and maintain automated testing processes and tools to drive efficiency and scalability.
• Stay current with industry trends and adopt QA and testing best practices.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related area.
• At least 7 years of experience in quality assurance and software testing.
• Demonstrated experience in leading QA teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
• Proficient in automation testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with great attention to detail.
• Fluent in French and English, with solid communication skills in both languages.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is considered an advantage.

Hybrid Role in Porto.
