Our client is a leading consultancy specialising in finance transformation and digital solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with Power BI skills to join our team in Porto. This role offers the chance to work on impactful projects that drive digital adoption and process improvement in the financial sector.

Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing and delivering transformative initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication, effective project execution, and the successful integration of digital tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership:

• Manage and organise tasks across teams and regions.
• Maintain clear communication and coordinate between business, functional, and development teams.
• Monitor project progress and present updates visually and effectively in governance committees.

Standardization & Training:

• Drive the standardization of solutions, methodologies, and processes.
• Contribute to training initiatives and support the rollout of new tools and practices.

Digital Transformation Projects:

• Industrialize and implement Agile Project Management tools.
• Lead change management efforts, including creating training materials and user guides.
• Support the evolution of ticketing management tools by collecting and prioritizing requirements and ensuring seamless development and testing.

KPI Reporting & Automation:

• Develop dashboards and reports to track performance metrics.
• Design and implement automation tools to streamline workflows.

What We're Looking For

Technical Skills:

• Power BI and Power Query - Expert level.
• Excel - Expert level.
• Project management experience - Intermediate level.
• Knowledge of general or banking accounting - Desirable.
• Fluent in English.

Soft Skills:

• Strong business and process analysis capabilities.
• Effective communication with users and IT teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects.
