Main tasks and responsibilit


ies:
• Provide management with all necessary information for the preparation of economic and financial feasibility studies for pro

jects• Coordinate the development of the economic and financial study for each real estate pr

oject• Ensure that the defined construction strategy is effectively implemented and fol

lowed• Oversee project management across all phases and discip

lines• Coordinate the analysis of real estate projects at various s

tages• Ensure the achievement of defined objectives, particularly regarding costs and bu

dgets• Implement the established tendering m

odels• Coordinate the preparation and launch of construction tenders across all phases and disciplines, as well as tenders for supervision services; review proposals and jointly approve final contract awards with the respective Dir

ector• Manage the hiring and coordination of various teams: architectural and engineering designers, interior designers, project management, supervision, cost controllers, and other consultants relevant to each project (e.g. industrial kitchens, spa & wellbeing, lighting de

sign)• Monitor construction works and manage supervision teams on

site• Ensure the final quality of construction works, minimising potential future defects or i

ssues• Guarantee that projects are delivered according to the established time

lines• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including arranging meetings with licensing authorities when req

uired• Oversee the implementation and adherence to brand standards in project design and fit-out, where applicable, for the operational

phase• Ensure best practices are followed in preparation for the operational and maintenance p

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Archi

tecture• 8-10 years of professional exp

erience• Experience in urban planning, project development and/or management of urban operations (experience in tourism-related projects is

a plus• Experience in real estate or hospitality projects is

valued• Strong experience in project man

agement• Significant experience in construction, large-scale developments, and specialist instal

lations• Proven ability to manage under p
