Senior Product Manager - AI Marketing Analytics SaaS platform (Remote - Portugal-Based)

Location: Lisbon or Remote (Portugal-based preferred)

A promising early-stage startup is building a new AI-native platform to help global brands understand and optimise their presence across emerging interfaces like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude.

With AI assistants now used by over a billion people each month, traditional marketing channels are being reimagined. This product is at the centre of that shift-already in use by early customers, with strong commercial traction and a clear roadmap toward profitability or acquisition.

We're now hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the product vision, UX strategy, and commercial model. This is a rare opportunity to help define a category and shape the go-to-market for a first-of-its-kind SaaS platform.

What You'll Do

• Own and deliver the product roadmap across MVP, R1, and beyond
• Translate backend scoring and AI outputs into intuitive, UX-led dashboards
• Design and iterate wireframes/prototypes using Figma, Webflow, or similar
• Collaborate closely with the founding team, engineers, and early customers
• Run sprint planning and capacity management to maximise delivery
• Shape product P&L: user flows, pricing tiers, usage limits, and feature gating
• Stay plugged into LLM ecosystem trends and convert them into roadmap shifts
• Build internal systems for experimentation, feedback loops, and roadmap scoring

What We're Looking For

• 3-6 years in product management, ideally in early-stage SaaS or MarTech
• Strong UX sensibility and comfort designing interfaces directly
• Experience managing sprints, velocity, and team capacity
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or related GenAI platforms
• Confident communicator across technical and commercial teams

Bonus Points For

• A background in product design or analytics tools
• Experience in solo PM or
• Knowledge of LangChain, prompt evaluation, or OpenRouter
• Comfort with pricing logic and freemium-to-paid conversion flows
