At Shakers, we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the Supply Chain & Logistics platform at one of the world's leading luxury fashion marketplaces. Remote/Hybrid role based in Porto.
This isn't a coordination role. You'll own the full product lifecycle - from discovery to launch - for a platform that connects warehouse operations, inventory management, and financial flows at global scale. High autonomy, real architectural decisions, direct impact on profitability.
What you'll be driving:
- Long-term product strategy for WMS, IMS and financial logistics
- Automation and optimization of inbound, processing and quality control
- Alignment across Engineering, Operations, Finance and C-level
- KPIs that actually matter: lead time, throughput, inventory accuracy, cost per unit, financial reconciliation
- Products that connect physical flows to financial movements - COGS, write-offs, reconciliation, margin tracking
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in Product Management within Supply Chain, Logistics, WMS/IMS, or high-volume B2B platforms
- Deep expertise in Warehouse and Inventory Management Systems
- Proven track record leading automation and process optimization initiatives with measurable results
- Strong financial acumen - cost optimization, P&L impact, reconciliation logic
- Exceptional English communication, including C-level stakeholder management
- Data-driven approach to prioritization and decision-making
Nice to have: e-commerce or luxury retail background, TMS experience, Agile collaboration with engineering, unicorn/high-growth environments
