ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Product Designer, you will work on strategic digital products for the bank and other high-impact financial experiences. You will typically work on end-to-end projects, from the discovery and concept definition phase to final delivery for development.

This role involves close collaboration with Product Owners, Product Managers, business areas, engineering, and other designers, integrating a multidisciplinary Bliss squad, while contributing to various digital products and initiatives within the bank's ecosystem. Your focus will be on creating intuitive, efficient, and user-centered experiences, aligned with business objectives and supported by data and good design practices.

SKILLS

Design & User Experience

Creating UX/UI experiences based on incomplete or poorly defined requirements, proposing clear, functional, and innovative solutions;

Developing wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces;

Ability to translate complex business rules into simple, logical, and enjoyable user flows;

Ensuring best practices in usability, visual consistency, and digital accessibility;

Experience with WCAG AA and AAA accessibility standards, ensuring that best practices are correctly communicated to development teams.

Tools & Design Systems

Creation, evolution, and maintenance of scalable components and Design Systems;

Proficiency in Figma, including advanced workflows and AI integration in the design process:

Knowledge of responsive design and concern for scalability;

Knowledge of HTML and CSS is valued.

Research, Testing, and Iteration

Understanding user needs through research, interviews, usability testing, and heuristic analysis;

Ability to transform research insights into actionable design solutions;

Continuous iteration based on product metrics, user feedback, and validation with stakeholders.

Collaboration & Communication

Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban) and multidisciplinary contexts;

Good communication skills to present, justify, and defend design decisions;

Proactivity in sharing knowledge through presentations, workshops, design critiques, and moments of co-creation;

Experience or interest in facilitating design thinking workshops and co-creation sessions is a plus;

Fluency in English for collaboration with international teams.

AI & Design Thinking

Use of tools such as ChatGPT (or similar) as a thinking partner to:

Structure information architecture;

Validate user flows;

Create clear and impactful micro-copy.
