WHAT YOU'LL DO

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join the Procurement team. This individual will be responsible for handling a diverse and challenging range of daily procurement activities within a dynamic and fast-paced work environment and will routinely interact with suppliers and colleagues world-wide.


  • End-to-End Procurement: Support daily procurement activities including sourcing and negotiating a wide variety of goods and services in compliance with established procurement policies and procedures.
  • Spend Optimization: Continuously seek opportunities to optimize, reduce or eliminate spend activities and identify potential alternative suppliers and purchase options.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate with suppliers on various aspects of a purchase for goods or services, including pricing, expected deliverables, and purchase terms and conditions to align with purchase requirements and acceptable corporate contractual risk tolerance.
  • Supplier Evaluation and Analysis: Evaluate supplier proposals and bid responses to provide detailed analysis on most cost-effective purchase options. Foster and maintain relationships with both established and new suppliers.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the organization and with external suppliers to ensure a clear understanding of purchase requirements and expected deliverables and assist our internal stakeholders with obtaining required purchase approvals within the established policies. Provide procurement reports to various departmental management.
  • Finance Collaboration: Coordination with the Finance team to ensure accurate processing of procurement spend activities with the proper accounting assignments and alignment to established budgetary framework.


  • WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Relevant procurement certification a plus
  • Proven experience in Procurement (7+ years preferred)
  • Experience handling complex purchase negotiations
  • Experience dealing with and negotiating purchases/contracts with services-based suppliers (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, etc.)
  • Experience purchasing IS/IT and network equipment (e.g., laptops, servers, routers, data storage arrays, etc.)
  • Enthusiastic teamwork and collaboration mindset
  • Self-directed with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within a fast-moving environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in English and Portuguese
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • SAP ERP experience is a plus
