- Optimize existing performance management processes to enhance both efficiency and effectiveness.

- Provide training and support to internal teams on the Beqom platform and best practices in performance management.

- Analyze performance data to identify trends and supply actionable insights for decision-making.

- Ensure that performance management processes are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
