Multinational in the Energy & Mobility sector is currently looking to hire a Senior Operations Manager - E-Mobility for their operations in Portugal.

Description

• Lead the deployment of EV charging infrastructure, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Oversee the end-to-end asset lifecycle, optimizing the performance and reliability of our network.
• Manage supplier and contractor relationships, ensuring service-level agreements are met.
• Manage relationships with utilities, municipalities and landlords
• Implement best-in-class operations and maintenance strategies to maximize uptime and efficiency.
• Define CAPEX and OPEX strategies, contributing to the company's growth and profitability.
• Work closely with engineering, supply chain, operations, and business development teams.
• Ensure compliance with operating systems, HSE guidelines, and sustainability standards.
• Set up, drive, and monitor SCM performance in key KPIs, conducting regular benchmarking against industry standards.
• Provide strategic oversight for the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
• Manage the allocation of resources across multiple projects, optimising efficiency and ensuring the successful completion of each project.

Profile

• 5+ years experience in infrastructure deployment, asset management, or operations within energy, utilities or mobility sectors.
• Strong knowledge of EV charging, grid connection, and energy infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
• Ability to travel as needed across Portugal.
