We are currently recruiting for a Shared Service Center, which is looking to expand its marketing team.
Your new function
- Develop top to bottom of funnel activity, pipeline analysis and sales enablement – everyday activity (marketing automation) as well as other Business to Business (B2B) efforts like trade shows and thought leadership.
- Act as lead/point of contact for marketing automation; support the ongoing creation of lead and nurture models, content templates, segmentation strategy, and content mapping.
- Execution of email campaigns/ email nurturing programs/ lead management GDPR ongoing monitoring and implementation CRM / Customer journey comms & program generation/development client NPS ongoing monitoring and implementation Ad hoc support across the Marketing & Sales function.
- Ensure that all activity is overlaid with commercial accountability, clear KPI management and alignment to budget-based expectations.
- Responsible for defining and prioritizing target accounts and for the development, implementation, execution and measurement of account marketing programmes.
- Defines KPIs, measure performance and optimise campaigns based on data & insights.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field;
- 2+ years' professional experience/ knowledge of automation, email marketing and CRM/database
- Knowledge of HTML and expertise on e-mail marketing best practices
- +2 years Salesforce experience. Pardot qualifications are advantageous
- Strong communication skills to manage internal stakeholders
