Senior Manager Business Developer

What will you be doing?
Develop and expand a portfolio of strategic clients (80% Hunter | 20% Farmer)
Build value-driven proposals aligned with client needs
Identify new business opportunities across national and international markets
Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure tailored solutions
Lead commercial initiatives with a direct impact on company results
Play a key role in shaping and executing commercial strategy
What are we looking for?
Proven experience in Business Development and tech solution sales (ideally Salesforce and/or ServiceNow)
Technical understanding to effectively communicate with IT teams and clients
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate high-performing teams
A self-starter with a resilient and goal-oriented mindset
Experience in Big4 or top-tier consulting firms (preferred)
Fluency in English (minimum C1 level)
