Based In Frankfurt or Lisbon

2 days working from home, three days in the office - Frankfurt or Lisbon


The Change Partners are working with a global leader in the home wellness and sleep technology sector. We are looking for an ambitious, "pricing-first" Global Performance & Value Manager to join their Category Performance, Pricing & Market Intelligence team in Lisbon.


You will be the bridge between complex data and actionable strategy. Your mission is to provide the data, frameworks, and strategic insights that make better portfolio decisions possible across the full product lifecycle.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Category Performance Intelligence: Design and own global performance dashboards in partnership with BI teams, tracking revenue, margin, and NPS correlation by SKU and channel.


  • Pricing Architecture: Design and maintain global price ladders, pricing tiers, and trade-up logic to ensure portfolio coherence across all market clusters.
  • Value Capture: Maintain a pricing elasticity model and conduct regular price-value assessments to ensure products are priced relative to consumer-perceived value.


  • Promotional Governance: Define promo guardrails and build tracking models to measure actual ROI vs. planned, protecting the brand from margin erosion.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Own a structured view of the competitive landscape, tracking rival pricing, launches, and promotional activity across key markets.


  • Market Intelligence: Develop repeatable processes for market sizing and category growth analysis to identify white-space opportunities and strategic risks.


  • Business Case Support: Serve as the analytical partner to Global and Regional Category Managers, building validated business cases for new product investments and expansion.


  • Analytics Empowerment: Develop self-service tools and templates that help the broader category team make faster, data-backed decisions.



What We're Looking For:


  • Experience: 5-8 years in pricing, business analytics, revenue management, or category performance within a consumer goods, DTC, or e-commerce context.


  • Pricing Strategy: A proven track record of designing pricing frameworks and understanding the interplay between pricing, perceived value, and margin.


  • Data Literacy: Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, decision-ready business recommendations.


  • Statistical Foundation: Solid understanding of statistics (hypothesis testing, regressions) and clustering methods like k-means.


  • Data Visualisation: Proven experience building performance dashboards in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.


  • Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Python for data analysis (pandas, data cleaning, and exploratory analysis).
