As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role within a team of highly qualified and experienced professionals, leading complex valuation engagements and supporting clients in strategic and financial decision-making. You will work across a wide variety of assignments and will be responsible for overseeing valuation analyses, managing project teams and maintaining strong client relationships.
You will be responsible for leading valuation engagements and financial analyses, applying advanced valuation methodologies and approaches; overseeing the research, collection and analysis of relevant financial and market information; defining and reviewing valuation approaches and key assumptions; supervising the development and review of valuation and other business models; overseeing the preparation and review of valuation reports for a variety of purposes, including financial reporting, transactions, tax and litigation; reviewing and presenting complex financial analyses and valuation conclusions to clients and senior stakeholders; managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact throughout the engagement; leading, mentoring and coordinating project teams, including managers, senior consultants and junior consultants; and supporting business development activities, including the preparation of proposals and participation in client pitches.
Requirements
- University degree in the field of Management, Finance, Accounting or Mathematics;
- 7-12 years of valuation and business modelling experience;
- Strong computer and financial modelling skills;
- Ability to synthesize client information and understand key business drivers;
- Fluency in English.
