As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. As a strategic partner to enterprise clients, you will offer consultative solutions to address their evolving communication needs.

Description

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of high-value clients within the CCaaS industry.

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.

  • Develop tailored solutions that align with clients' digital transformation strategies.

  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure seamless implementation of services.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to provide strategic insights.

  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, and Technical Support) to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Profile

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Sales within the CCaaS, SaaS, or Telecom industries.

  • Strong track record of managing enterprise-level clients and achieving revenue growth.

  • Deep understanding of cloud communications, contact center solutions, and customer experience trends.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market opportunities.

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; Spanish is a plus.
