This role requires extensive experience in IT project management, ERP implementation and a strong understanding of project methodologies.

Description

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while managing resources effectively.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams within the industrial/manufacturing industry to ensure project success.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Monitor project performance and implement necessary changes to improve outcomes.
• Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT project management.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the Technology department.

Profile

A successful Senior IT Project Manager should have:

• At least 7 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
• Experience in ERP Implementation (e.g. Dynamics 365) and software integration projects.
• Relevant certifications such as PMI, Prince2, or IPMA are advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• In-depth understanding of IT systems and their application in industrial/manufacturing processes.
