Your new role

As a Senior IT Analyst, you will be responsible to lead successful deployments by consulting, designing and configuring integrations and absence management in Workday.
You will report to the HRIT Application Manager and additionally lead optimization projects to help customers understand the full potential of Workday. You will support day to day operations and new projects for Workday integrations, absence management and time tracking. You will also act as the lead for feature releases and issue resolutions and lead to implement a variety of different inbound and outbound integrations. This includes scoping, problem solving, and recommending alternative solutions.
Your daily activities will include working across various platforms that integrate with Workday and understand the governance, security and integration development; Design, develop and test integrations leveraging EIB’s, core connectors, worker change interface, and payroll interfaces (PICOF & PECI); Develop the connectivity between two databases using SOAP, REST and API Web Services; Design complex integrations using Workday Studio and establish the security required to run the integrations; Coordinate and schedule change control and production verification processes; Develop Advanced reports for different business units using complex calculated fields; Develop technical documentations of new and existing integrations and assess process for efficiency and make recommendations to improve the integration landscape.
You will also be responsible for system enhancements and support HR systems, including Payroll, Learning Management, Absence and Time Tracking systems.

What you´ll need to succeed

We are looking for a professional with 5 to 7 years of experience in Workday/HRIS support and administration with domain expertise in integrations and absence management. You will need to have experience in ITIL Knowledge/Service Management and Workday integration and absence management and expertise on the Workday business processes and its security policies. Any Workday certifications, familiarity with Agile Delivery principles and frameworks and experience working in a multi-national environment is considered a plus.
Strong statistical, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role, along with as customer service oriented with strong communication skills. Additionally, business acumen and collaboration skills are required, as well as being able to operate in a dynamic environment.
