Principais responsabilidades

Design, manage and coordinate multiple projects, simultaneously;

Take responsibility for the leading a project, in communication with the other team members;

Coordinate projects with all the adjacent tasks;

Manager all stakeholders, namely client, contractor ,consultant and suppliers;

Lead on all client presentations;

Lead on the production and completion of documentation for all design stages.

Perfil desejado

A minimum of 7 years experience in Interior Design;

Excellent communication skills;

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines on a daily basis;

Team player spitir, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment;

Spoken and written fluency in English/Portuguese, other languages are a plus;

AutoCAD and Adobe Suite (mainly Ai Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop), and 3D modelling (Sketchup);

Up-to-date knowledge of building regulations and codes is a plus.
