Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical administration of HR systems (Talent, Total Rewards, Payroll, and more).
• Manage and implement large-scale technical projects, from design to deployment.
• Maintain and enhance system infrastructure, driving continuous improvements.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and user satisfaction.

Essential Requirements

• Advanced experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other HR platforms.
• Proven project management experience, system implementation, and administration of HR systems.
• Proficiency in coding (HTML, CSS, API, JAVA) and advanced data analysis skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with global teams.
