Our ClientOur Client is creating a Shared Services Centre in Lisbon and recruiting for several positions, taking into account its business and needs.

As a Senior HR Expert, you will perform a crucial role in supporting employees and managers within HR related matters. This role offers the opportunity to shape employee experience, drive HR initiatives and contribute to the ongoing growth process.
Although the main focus will be the operation in Portugal, as a Senior HR Expert you will work as an integrated member of the HR Department, reporting to the VP HR & Support.
As a Senior HR Expert you will be responsible for: - Collaborate daily with the Country Manager of the Project in Portugal;
- Serve as the 1st point of contact for employees and managers for all HR subjects;
- Be the link towards the payroll provider to secure smooth pay out of salary and expense claims;
- Be expert on HR matters, such as:
- Compensation & Benefits and Portugal's employment laws and regulations; - Support HM in recruitment processes and act as an advisor;
- Assist onboarding processes;
- Follow up employee registrations in internal and external systems;
- Ensure compliance with work schedules and HR routines;
- Collaborate in cross-location activities, projects and meetings.
What you will need to be succeed
To be succeed in this role, you will need: - +5 years of experience in HR and People Operations areas;
- Good understanding of Portuguese working and legal requirements;
- Experience in the Talent Acquisition field;
- Strong service orientation mindset and positive atitude;
- Sense of urgency and ability to work structured and meet deadlines;
- Ambitious and motivated to work in a collaborative and environment;
- Excellent communication skills – Fluency in English and other languages would be a plus.
