The Role

We are seeking a leader who understands that hospitality is both art and responsibility. As Senior Hospitality Manager, you will oversee daily operations across our albergo diffuso, guide the opening of a new restaurant, and nurture a culture where collaboration and curiosity drive excellence. You will work closely with ownership to shape the evolution of the estate, ensuring that every guest encounter reflects the values of beauty, simplicity, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across estate, village, restaurant, and winery within the albergo diffuso model
• Lead, mentor, and empower a dynamic and tech-forward team
• Design and deliver new guest experiences and culinary initiatives
• Curate moments that unite food, wine, and community
• Integrate digital systems that enhance—not replace—the human touch
• Collaborate directly with ownership to guide long-term vision and growth

Perfil do Candidato

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in boutique or integrated hospitality leadership
• A capacity for innovation balanced with respect for tradition
• Fluency in Italian and English Italian; German is a valued addition
• Strong understanding of digital hospitality tools and systems
• Energetic, adaptable, and inspired by rural life
• Experience in boutique, multi-site, or concept-based hospitality preferred
