We're hiring!

We're looking for a Senior Functional Analyst to join our client's IT & Digital team within the insurance / financial services sector.

This role is ideal for someone who can bridge business, marketing, UX and IT, and who has strong experience working on digital platforms and customer experience initiatives.

If you enjoy translating business and UX needs into clear functional specifications, working closely with UX/UI designers and development teams, and contributing to digital transformation programs, this could be a great opportunity.

Key Skills

- Senior profile with experience as a Functional Analyst in digital / customer-centric environments

- Strong background in functional analysis, requirements elicitation and documentation

- Experience with customer journey mapping (web, mobile, omnichannel)

- Agile mindset (Scrum / Kanban) and backlog management

- Experience supporting functional testing and UAT

- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro or similar

- Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus

- Good level of English required
