We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer - Java & Cloud (Banking Systems)

MAIN TASKS:

• Analyze and modernize legacy Java applications, preparing them for cloud migration.
• Develop and maintain full stack web applications using Vue.js, JSF, Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and SOAP Web Services within a service-oriented architecture (SOA).
• Ensure high code quality with proper testing, troubleshooting, and continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD).
• Collaborate closely with team members, fostering a positive and innovative development environment.
• Apply best practices for code quality, security, and performance optimization in cloud-native environments (Docker, Kubernetes, Spring Cloud).

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java ecosystems and cloud-native architecture.
• Mastery of Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate, JUnit, and microservices design.
• Proficiency in Vue.js, JSF, and PrimeFaces for front-end development.
• Experienced with DevOps tools such as Maven, Jenkins, GitLab, Nexus, and SonarQube.
• Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Previous work in banking or financial services is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model (2x/week on-site) in Lisbon or Porto.
• Fluent in Portuguese, with practical English skills (mainly for reading technical documentation).
• Strong team player with excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
