Adecco Recruitment is currently hiring a Senior Financial Modelling & Pricing Analyst (M/F) for a multinational client with a Shared Services Center in Matosinhos, looking for an experienced finance professional to lead commercial and pricing activities, supporting strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of financial models and pricing strategies for complex and high-value commercial bids
- Provide strategic financial analysis, including scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis, to support decision-making
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Business Development
- Challenge and validate inputs from regional and local teams to ensure accuracy and competitiveness
- Play a key role in bid and negotiation phases, assessing financial risks and opportunities
- Oversee financial aspects of contract mobilisations, including due diligence and cost modelling
- Ensure strong governance and auditability of financial models and assumptions
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decisions
- Drive continuous improvement of pricing tools, frameworks, and best practices
Profile
- Solid experience in commercial finance, pricing, or bid management roles
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or similar
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
