Description

• Act as the Finance Subject Matter Expert for General Ledger and Fixed Assets within the SAP S/4HANA transformation programme;
• Support the design, validation and implementation of global finance processes aligned with business and accounting requirements;
• Participate in workshops, process reviews, testing activities, data validation and go-live preparation;
• Provide expertise on accounting requirements and ensure alignment with IFRS standards;
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across multiple regions and functions;
• Influence decision-making and contribute to key project decisions with global impact;
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution and process optimization activities;
• Contribute to post go-live stabilization activities, process refinement, training delivery and system enhancements;
• In the longer term, act as a governance and support lead for SAP finance processes, partnering closely with key users across the organization.

Profile

• Extensive experience in General Ledger (GL) and Fixed Assets (FA) within complex multinational environments;
• Strong and consolidated knowledge of IFRS accounting standards;
• Proven hands-on experience working with SAP in daily finance operations;
• Previous exposure to ERP transformation or implementation projects is highly valued;
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is considered an advantage, but is not mandatory;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), with the ability to interact confidently in an international environment;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Strong influencing capabilities, with the confidence to challenge, advise and drive decision-making;
• Highly autonomous and self-sufficient, capable of operating with limited supervision;
• Quick learner with the ability to rapidly adapt to a project that is already in an advanced stage;
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability and commitment to deliverables;
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global and multicultural environment;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic approach to resolving challenges;
• Demonstrated ability to make decisions and recommendations with business and project impact;
• Collaborative mindset, capable of building effective relationships across different functions, countries and cultures;
• Availability for occasional international travel, primarily to Germany and China.
