• This role leads financial governance and transformation across key international operations within a global pharmaceutical group. It combines strategic leadership, corporate integration and hands-on involvement in complex, multi-country environments.

Description

• Lead the full financial agenda for a multi-country division, ensuring strategic alignment and high-quality financial governance.
• Drive the integration of a previously independent business unit into the group's corporate structure, standardizing processes and strengthening internal controls.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, performance management and financial reporting across several international locations.
• Ensure statutory, tax and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions (Europe, US and Asia).
• Partner with site leadership teams to support operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.
• Provide financial oversight to both manufacturing sites and small-batch operations.
• Represent finance in international projects, including interactions with US-based pharmaceutical partners.
• Travel internationally as required (approx. 1-2 trips every two months).

Profile

• Senior finance leader (CFO / Finance Director / VP Finance level) with significant international experience.
• Strong background in pharmaceuticals, advanced manufacturing, or specialized pharma services environments, especially those involving regulated processes and complex operations.
• Demonstrated success in business transformation, integration and organizational change.
• Expertise in statutory accounting, tax frameworks and multi-country financial operations.
• Entrepreneurial, resilient and action-oriented, with the ability to bring structure, governance and clarity to fast-evolving environments.
• Excellent communication, influencing and leadership skills across cultures and seniority levels.
• Comfortable operating in both mature high-volume manufacturing setups and innovation-driven clinical development contexts.
