We are looking for a Senior Finance & Control Officer to strengthen Banco Finantia's Consolidation and Management Information Department:

Main responsibilities:

• Monitoring and maintenance of the credit risk impairment model (IFRS 9).
• Monthly monitoring and execution of the Group's liquidity reports (CoRep - NSFR, LCR and ALMM reports).
• Interaction with the various departments in the preparation of both liquidity reports and credit risk monitoring (support areas and business areas).
• Supporting the analysis and implementation any new regulatory requirements.
• Participation in other reports to the outside world (External Auditors and other regulatory bodies) as well as to internal units (Departments and Management).

Desired profile:

• Higher education in economics, management, finance or a similar subject, with a completed master's degree.
• A minimum of 3 years' professional experience in auditing or credit and/or liquidity risk functions in the financial sector (preferred).
• Knowledge of International Accounting Standards (IFRS 9).
• Knowledge of CoRep - liquidity reporting will be a differentiating factor between candidates.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Communication and teamwork skills.
• Good organisational skills, and the ability to plan and meet deadlines.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills.
