As a Senior Dwp Endpoint Management Engineer you will manage endpoint services for a Financial Services organisation within the Technology department.
Description
* Design, implement, manage and optimize endpoint enrolment processes for Windows devices (physical, Windows 365 CloudPC, and Azure Virtual Desktop) using Autopilot, as well as mobile devices (iOS and Android).
* Configure and manage device profiles, BIOS settings, drivers, certificates.
* Develop, implement, and monitor security and compliance policies, including BitLocker, conditional access (consult), data protection, CIS standards.
* Ensure timely OS patching and monitor device performance and analytics.
* Provide second and third-level support and troubleshoot device-related issues and interact with external service desks and end users.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT support procedures and protocols.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Profile
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar position, preferably within a financial service company.
* Proven experience with Windows (physical, CloudPC & AVD) and mobile (iOS & Android) device management.
* Strong technical expertise in managing Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager.
* Skilled in endpoint security and compliance policies.
* Strong documentation skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, including troubleshooting complex issues.
* Strong interpersonal skills, resilient, highly motivate and goal-driven with the ability to think ahead and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
