Your new role:

We are looking for an experienced Appian Developer with a strong background in building web and application systems from the ground up, to join an exciting and innovative project. We seek someone with a critical mindset, a high degree of autonomy, and a passion for creating robust and scalable solutions.

What you need to be successful:

Responsibilities

• Participate in the analysis, design, and development of Appian solutions from scratch;
• Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to ensure effective solution delivery;
• Develop integrations with external systems (REST, SOAP, databases, etc.);
• Ensure code quality and adherence to development best practices;
• Support architectural definition and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Appian development (minimum 3 years);
• Experience in building web and application systems from the ground up;
• Strong knowledge of process modeling (BPM);
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations;
• Familiarity with relational databases (SQL);
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; 
• Fluent in Portuguese.

Nice to Have:

• Appian certifications (Designer, Lead Developer, etc.);
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
