In this sense, we are strengthening the Communication & Marketing team with a Senior Designer (m/f).



RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Graphically produce documentation for internal and external communication;
  • Handle and develop various photographic records;
  • Monitor campaigns and initiatives promoted by the company, so that they can be used in communication;
  • Produce diverse audiovisual material for internal and external dissemination;
  • ;Produce and edit photographic content for internal and external communication of the organization;
  • Produce content for digital communication platforms, such as websites and social media (YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram);
  • Assist in the organization of promotional events (national and international);
  • Participate, monitor, and promote the proper implementation of the PBP.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or related fields;
  • 5 years of professional experience in similar roles;
  • Strong portfolio of developed works.
  • Experience in video/animation editing (After Effects, Premiere);
  • Knowledge of advanced UX/UI and multimedia;
  • Knowledge of Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD;
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and WordPress;
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom);
  • Good knowledge of English and Spanish;
  • Critical spirit and strong analytical capacity;
  • Proactivity to suggest improvements and new approaches;
  • Team spirit;
  • Good communication skills.
