The Senior Debt & Corporate Finance Advisor will be responsible for structuring sustainable financing and providing strategic corporate finance advice, supporting companies through the entire cycle of investment and growth projects. This role requires a professional with strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and a proactive approach to deliver results in a collaborative, fast-paced advisory environment.

Description

• Financial Viability Analysis: Conduct comprehensive economic and financial viability analysis for client companies and new projects.
• Financial Modeling & Strategy: Develop detailed business plans, financial models, and supporting materials essential for strategic financing and investment decision-making.
• Sustainable Financing Structuring: Lead the structuring of sustainable financing solutions aligned with client needs, providing end-to-end support from origination and fundraising through negotiation and final contracting.
• Documentation & Communication: Prepare high-quality Information Memorandums (IMs) and Teasers to effectively communicate complex projects and business opportunities to investors and financial institutions.
• Strategic Support: Provide expert advice and strategic direction to clients on corporate finance matters, ensuring alignment with long-term growth and ESG objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including experts in corporate finance, enterprise risk, and environmental advisory.

Profile

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in advisory, specifically within Debt Advisory and/or Corporate Finance.
• Industry Background: Previous experience gained in an investment banking or consulting environment is highly valued.
• Technical Skills: Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in economic and financial projection modeling and preparing comprehensive presentation documents for projects or business transactions.
• Analytical Ability: Exceptional analytical capacity, keen attention to detail, critical thinking, and rigor in analyzing financial data.
• Soft Skills: Must demonstrate a proactive and creative approach, be a strong team player, and possess proven autonomy in managing workload and driving outcomes.
• Languages: Fluency (written and spoken) in English is mandatory.
