We are currently seeking a Senior Data Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our team on an exciting project. This is a hybrid opportunity available in Lisbon, Braga, or Coimbra - candidates must already be living in Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines using Python
• Implement scalable data solutions
• Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
• Ensure data quality and efficiency in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Participate in code reviews and promote best practices in data engineering

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python
• Solid Backend development experience
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs using Python frameworks like Django and FastAPI (mandatory)
• English level B2 or higher - CV must be in English

Nice to Have

• Foundational knowledge of Generative AI and LLMs (6+ months, no hands-on required)
• Experience with PySpark & GCP
• Familiarity with Airflow
• Experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions or GitLab
