We seek a Senior Data Solutions - Banking Sector Focus - willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a hybrid model (Lisboa).

Are you the one?

• Design robust data solutions (models, integrations, pipelines), ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance.
• Provide technical guidance to data teams, promoting best practices and alignment with reference architecture.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams, business units, and compliance/risk departments to ensure consistent, data-driven deliveries.
• Drive adoption of approved data technologies (cloud, big data, analytics) and share relevant best practices internally.
• Support onboarding and continuous development of talent within data teams.
• Foster a data-driven culture, especially within regulated and sensitive environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data architecture and governance.
• Strong knowledge of tools such as AWS/Azure, Python, SQL, and BI solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and strong business awareness.
