Our client is looking to recruit a new team member for the data department.

Principais responsabilidades

• Work with recommendation systems to optimize customer experience and commercial budget.
• Apply machine learning techniques (including, but not limited to, classification, regression, and reinforcement learning) to innovate data products.
• Collaborate with departments such as Risk, Collections, Sales and Customer Service to develop and renew analytical solutions.
• Identify and propose continuous improvements in code and processes, focusing on efficiency and business impact.
• Design and evaluate analytical models assessing their effectiveness.
• Sharing your knowledge and experience of how to build ML systems.
• Instilling a rigorous statistical and testing culture across their structure.

Perfil desejado

• 3-5 years of experience in Data Science roles.
• Technical knowledge and sensitivity to identify and solve business problems.
• Proven experience in utilizing machine learning to derive insights and find patterns in the data.
• Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with different departments, including non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset and results-driven approach.
• Strong experience with Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning, data analysis, and applied statistical techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to align objectives with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with tools for data visualization and storytelling.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure).
