We are hiring Tech Lead / Senior Data Engineer (M/F)

Adecco Permanent Recruitment is looking for a Tech Lead / Senior Data Engineer to join a dynamic team dedicated to building and evolving data and AI-driven products.

As a key technical leader, you will contribute to the design and implementation of batch and real-time data pipelines, work closely with cross-functional teams (analysts, data scientists, platform engineers), and ensure high standards in engineering, performance, security, and compliance.

Key tech stack includes

Azure (Data Factory, Data Lake, Blob Storage, SQL, etc.)

Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake)

DBT

Python, SQL

Data modeling (3NF, Dimensional, Data Vault)

We are looking for someone with 5 years of experience in data engineering, strong product mindset, technical leadership capabilities, and a collaborative approach focused on delivering quality.
