Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust data solutions using Spark and Delta for efficient data processing and analysis.
• Leverage your deep technical expertise in databases, testing, and performance tuning to deliver high-quality results.
• Design and optimize data models with a strong understanding of data modeling principles.
• Bring your experience with SQL Server or Synapse to manage and transform complex datasets effectively.
• Implement unit testing practices to ensure code quality and reliability, beyond manual testing.
• Utilize your proficiency in Python for SQL-based transformations and other critical data engineering tasks.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of CI/CD processes to streamline development and deployment workflows.
• Apply knowledge in performance tuning, indexing, and partitioning to enhance data access and query performance.
• Manage and monitor Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines, ensuring smooth and efficient data flows.

Bonus Skills

• Additional expertise in CDL, Python-based Spark, and advanced ADF pipeline monitoring.
