Job Title: Senior D365 FO HR Consultant - Porto (Portuguese Citizen)

Introduction:

An excellent opportunity has arisen with a leading organisation in Porto for an experienced ERP consultant to specialise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) within the Human Resources module. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of D365 FO HR implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Translate business needs into effective D365 FO HR solutions and processes.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Provide expert advice on HR functionalities within D365 FO, ensuring best practices are applied.
• Support clients with process improvements, system upgrades, and ongoing enhancements.
• Deliver training sessions to end-users and support change management activities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Portuguese citizenship is essential.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong experience within ERP consulting (D365 FO preferred, but candidates from other ERP backgrounds - SAP, Oracle, Infor, Sage, etc. - will be considered if willing to cross-train).
• A good understanding of Human Resources processes and business requirements.
• Proven ability to deliver full-cycle ERP or HRIS implementations.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative project team.
• Desire and commitment to specialise in D365 FO moving forward.
