Responsibilities:

• Conduction real estate investment research for international clients
• Selecting appropriate investment options based on client feedback
• Client Consulting through calls and video conferences
• Market analysis and business cases
• Client communication via email
• Drafting and finalizing research reports for clients
• Analyzing market information for the clients
• Identifying key areas of concern and areas of improvement in the client interaction and service
• Discuss findings with other researchers and members of the organization.
• Organizing real estate viewings

Requirements:

• A minimum of a master's degree
• Three years of experience as a researcher or customer service
• Impeccable writing and organizational skills, English is a must, German or French are advantages
• Thorough knowledge of research procedures and best practices.
• Team-working and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct research independently.
• Knowledge of research and experimental techniques for gathering both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Experience in the real estate market
