Responsibilities:
- Conduction real estate investment research for international clients
- Selecting appropriate investment options based on client feedback
- Client Consulting through calls and video conferences
- Market analysis and business cases
- Client communication via email
- Drafting and finalizing research reports for clients
- Analyzing market information for the clients
- Identifying key areas of concern and areas of improvement in the client interaction and service
- Discuss findings with other researchers and members of the organization.
- Organizing real estate viewings
Requirements:
- A minimum of a master's degree
- Three years of experience as a researcher or customer service
- Impeccable writing and organizational skills, English is a must, German or French are advantages
- Thorough knowledge of research procedures and best practices.
- Team-working and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct research independently.
- Knowledge of research and experimental techniques for gathering both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Experience in the real estate market
