Description

• Managing complex customer requests and escalations;
• Delivering high-quality support to customers and business partners;
• Acting as a subject matter expert for team processes and procedures;
• Supporting onboarding and training of new team members;
• Monitoring operational performance and identifying improvement opportunities;
• Collaborating with Team Leaders and stakeholders to ensure service excellence;
• Supporting process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and service standards.

Profile

• Fluent Italian and English (mandatory);
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Operations, Shared Services, or similar environments;
• Experience handling escalations and complex customer cases;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset;
• Ability to coach and support less experienced colleagues;
• Experience working within a multinational environment is highly valued.
