Your new company

A Portuguese cultural and creative group is hiring a Senior Controller (m/f/d) for its offices in Lisbon.  

Your new role

Reporting to the CFO you will:

• Provide financial reports to all business units by collecting, analysing and reporting appropriate data.
• Establish (in coordination with CFO) financial and operating reports, budgets and other analysis for the Group.
• Lead the Budget process (in coordination with CFO), giving the proper framework to the BU's to prepare a robust financial compass for their businesses.
• Develop and enforce internal controls to maximise protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Implement accounting policies, practices and procedures adhering to national legal standards.
• Oversee and support the external Accounting team with dynamic leadership that enhances the quality and timings of the work delivered.
• Be the main sponsor of the usage of Primavera software, to make it an efficient and productive tool for all teams.

What you'll need to succeed  

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• At least, 5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Professional working proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Primavera knowledge (plus).
• Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail, in order to prepare accurate and valuable financial reports.
