About the role

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to join our dynamic team and support digital transformation initiatives through the ServiceNow platform.

Location: Porto or Lisbon (hybrid)

? Languages: Fluent Portuguese & English

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM, GRC, etc.).
• Develop and configure applications, integrations, and reports.
• Act as a technical reference throughout project delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Solid knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, GRC, App Engine, Integration Hub.
• Strong autonomy, proactivity, and project management skills.
• Full proficiency in Portuguese and English.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow certifications and experience in international environments.
