Principais responsabilidades

• Oversee the entire construction process, ensuring work quality and compliance with standards;
• Coordinate all contractors and suppliers involved in project execution;
• Represent the company in all technical and organizational matters related to daily site operations;
• Identify and manage risks and issues that arise during project implementation;
• Allocate resources effectively and drive the project to successful completion;
• Propose solutions and alternatives to overcome project challenges;
• Manage budgets, including accurate forecasting and cost tracking;
• Ensure that all technical aspects of the project align with established standards and company policies;
• Review execution designs throughout the construction phase to ensure technical and practical compliance;
• Lead on-site construction meetings to align teams and maintain progress;
• Possess solid experience in procurement and contract awarding processes.

Perfil desejado

• Higher Education of Civil Engineering and previous experience in construction management
• Previous experience in a similar role within logistics real estate will be considered a strong asset.
• Good knowledge of construction management software
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Communication and analytical skills
• Fluency in english (mandatory);
• Driving licence.
