Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Industry Business Unit by recruiting a Senior Civil Engineer for the Industrial Hydraulics department, to join our team in Lisbon.

With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.

Responsibilities:

• Offer efficient technical solutions that meet client requirements, ensuring proper design in compliance with applicable regulations
• Develop and oversee Industrial Hydraulics projects, ensuring high technical quality and innovation
• Ensure project execution within established deadlines, managing priorities and deliverables
• Provide technical leadership to project teams, guiding, mentoring, and supporting team members
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper integration between different engineering disciplines
• Develop and implement tools, methodologies, and best practices to improve efficiency and productivity
• Review and validate technical deliverables, including drawings, specifications, and calculation reports
• Contribute to the technical and economic optimization of engineering solutions

Profile:

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in hydraulic design, preferably in building and/or industrial hydraulics (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and results-oriented mindset
• High level of organization, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills and team-oriented attitude
• Adaptability to different types and scales of projects
